Dragon Power Energy Device – Made to Order

Handcrafted to Order — Please Allow Approximately 4–6 Weeks

Each Dragon Power Energy Device is individually handcrafted by Robin Nicole Alger after your order is placed. Because every piece is created by hand, your finished Energy Device will be unique and may vary slightly in colour, crystal placement and other details from the photographs shown.

Creating an Energy Device is a multi-stage handcrafted process. The ceramic grid is formed from clay and must be allowed to dry naturally and thoroughly before being bisque fired, glazed and fired again. The orgone components are then created through a series of individual pours before the completed elements are brought together to create the finished Energy Device. Crystals and other materials may also need to be specially sourced for your piece.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for creation. As drying and firing times, material availability and other stages of the handcrafting process can vary, this timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. If your piece is likely to require additional time, you will be contacted and kept informed.

50% Deposit & Final Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. Your deposit contributes towards the materials and production costs involved in creating your piece, including crystals, resin, clay, glazes, kiln firing and other materials required for the creation process.

Once your Energy Device has been completed, you will receive an email with photographs of your finished piece and a secure payment link for the remaining 50% balance.

Your Energy Device will be carefully packaged and dispatched once the final balance has been received.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order after materials have been purchased or work on your Energy Device has begun, costs already incurred in fulfilling your order may be deducted from your deposit. Where possible, any remaining unused portion of your deposit will be refunded.

If I am unable to complete your Energy Device as agreed, you will receive the appropriate refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
