The Outer Sanctuary is the beginning of your journey through The Emerald Order of Lemurian & Avalon Mysteries.

Tier One has been created to establish the foundations that will carry with you throughout everything that follows—not by telling you what to believe, but by giving you the opportunity to explore, experience, question and discern for yourself.

Before we move into the deeper teachings and multidimensional explorations of the later tiers, we begin here.

We explore the foundations of spiritual and metaphysical inquiry, the importance of discernment, our relationship with our own inner compass, and different ways of approaching experiences and ideas that may extend beyond our everyday understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Throughout The Outer Sanctuary, I share teachings, spiritual and metaphysical frameworks, historical traditions, my own lived experiences and channelled material. You will also be invited to move beyond the information itself through somatic journeys, reflection, journalling and personal exploration.

You do not need to arrive with a particular set of beliefs.

You do not need to agree with everything you encounter.

And you do not need to experience spirituality, consciousness or the mysteries in the same way that I—or anyone else—does.

You simply begin where you are.

That is where The Outer Sanctuary begins.

What You Will Explore in The Outer Sanctuary

Tier One is where the journey begins.

The Outer Sanctuary has been created as the foundation of the Mystery School — a place to explore spiritual and metaphysical ideas while remaining rooted in your own discernment, lived experience and inner knowing.

Throughout this tier, you will be introduced to a range of teachings, perspectives and experiential practices designed to invite exploration rather than tell you what you must believe.

You will explore the relationship between your inner world and the way you experience life, the development of your own inner compass, different ways of understanding consciousness and energy, and the spiritual and metaphysical frameworks that have shaped humanity’s search for meaning across time.

As the journey unfolds, the teachings gradually expand into subjects such as ancient wisdom traditions, Hermetic principles, cosmology, spiritual guidance, multidimensional experience, remembrance beyond this lifetime, star lineages and other ways people have sought to understand their relationship with something greater than themselves.

Some ideas may feel familiar.

Others may challenge the way you have previously understood something.

And some may simply not resonate with you at all.

All of those responses are welcome here.

The purpose of The Outer Sanctuary is not to give you another belief system to adopt. It is to give you a space in which to explore, experience, question and notice what arises within you.

You are encouraged to remain curious.

To question.

To discern.

To experience.

And, ultimately, to decide for yourself what holds meaning for you.

Your Tier One Journey

The Outer Sanctuary unfolds through fourteen modules, each building gently upon what came before. The journey begins with awakening, consciousness and your own inner guidance before gradually opening into ancient wisdom, spiritual and metaphysical frameworks, remembrance and integration.

You are not expected to rush through the material. This is a self-led journey, allowing you to move through each module at your own pace and give yourself time to experience, reflect upon and integrate what you encounter.

MODULE ONE — Awakening & Remembering

Beginning the journey by exploring awakening, remembering and what it can mean to begin seeing yourself and your life through a wider lens.

MODULE TWO — What Is Consciousness?

An exploration of consciousness and some of the ways we have attempted to understand the nature of awareness and our experience of reality.

MODULE THREE — Introduction to Inner Guidance

Beginning to recognise the many ways inner guidance may be experienced while developing discernment around what you perceive.

MODULE FOUR — Inner Compass Introduction

Turning more deeply towards your own inner compass and learning to notice what feels aligned, resonant and true for you.

MODULE FIVE — Meditation Basics

An accessible introduction to meditation and the different ways we can create space for stillness, awareness and connection within ourselves.

Bringing the foundations of Tier One together and returning the journey to where it ultimately belongs — your own path, your own discernment and your own relationship with what you have explored.

More Than a Collection of Teachings

The Outer Sanctuary has been created to be experienced, not simply watched.

Throughout Tier One, the teaching is accompanied by opportunities to pause, reflect and explore what the material means within your own life and experience.

Along the way, you will encounter pre-recorded teachings, channelled messages, somatic journeys, personal reflection and journalling prompts designed to take the exploration beyond information alone.

The channelled material offers another perspective for contemplation, but—as with everything within the Mystery School—you are encouraged to bring your own discernment to what you receive.

The somatic journeys invite you to step away from analysing for a moment and notice what arises through your body, imagination, awareness and inner experience.

Your workbook gives you a physical place to return to the teachings, explore the reflection questions and record your own insights as your journey unfolds.

There is no particular experience you are supposed to have.

There is no correct answer you are expected to reach.

And there is no requirement to experience what I—or anyone else—has experienced.

The teachings provide the doorway. Your own exploration is what makes the journey yours.

A Self-Led Journey

The Outer Sanctuary is completely self-led.

There are no weekly lessons to keep up with and no requirement to move through the modules according to someone else’s timetable. You can give yourself the time you need to explore a teaching, complete a somatic journey, write in your workbook, step away for a while, or simply allow something to integrate before continuing.

From time to time, I will also offer opportunities for Mystery School students to come together through LIVE Q&A sessions and LIVE Light Infusion Circles.

These gatherings are offered alongside the self-led programme and are not required to complete Tier One.

If you would like to hear about upcoming live gatherings and other Mystery School updates, you will have the option to join the Mystery School email list when you enrol.

Your Physical Tier One Workbook

Your enrolment includes a professionally printed physical copy of the Tier One — The Outer Sanctuary Workbook.

Your workbook is printed on demand specifically for you and shipped to the delivery address you provide when you enrol.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery.

You do not need to wait for your workbook to arrive before beginning your journey. Once your enrolment and payment have been completed, you can begin accessing the digital Tier One material while your workbook is being prepared and shipped to you.

Each tier is a separate programme with its own enrolment.

Step 2 — Submit Your Form

Once you have submitted the form, you will see a confirmation letting you know that your details have been received.

Step 3 — Complete Your Payment Through PayPal

Use the PayPal button below to complete your €325 Tier One enrolment.

Your payment completes your enrolment in Tier One — The Outer Sanctuary.

Step 4 — Begin The Outer Sanctuary

After your payment has been completed, follow the access instructions provided to enter your Tier One learning area and begin your journey.

Your physical workbook will be printed on demand specifically for you and sent to the delivery address provided on your enrolment form.
