This meditation is designed to gently restore a sense of safety and stability within the body.

Through slow breathing and grounding imagery, the listener is guided to reconnect with the feeling of being supported by something steady and reliable beneath them.

This recording can be especially helpful if you have recently experienced something destabilizing such as job loss, financial stress, illness, betrayal, major life changes, or any event that has left you feeling shaken or uncertain.
